Your New Home Design
We will meet with one of the Design Team to develop your Brief so that the Concept Design can commence. Several revisions and meetings may be necessary before we start Working Drawings. We will outline the progress payments for the design and build and can also advise and recommend finance options.
Acceptance of Concept Design and Estimated Cost
The Working Drawings and Specifications will be finalised. Engineering calculations and details (if necessary) will be completed at this time. If Resource Consent is required, this will be discussed and the necessary documentation prepared for the Local Authority.

Signing of Contract
The Fixed Price Contract is prepared for your approval. When you are satisfied with the contract, the documents (Plans, Specifications, Guarantee, and Contract) are signed and we lodge the Building Consent with the Local Authority. Items such as exterior colours and kitchen design will be finalised at this time.
The Construction of your home will commence as soon as practical after the issue of the Building Consent. Regular site meetings will be held with you and the Contracts Supervisor and we will programme the estimated completion date.
Your finished home will be professionally cleaned and we will undertake a thorough quality check of finish and fittings. Final Council inspection will be arranged. Once all parties are satisfied we will hand over the keys, information pack and the relevant warranties. You can now move in and enjoy your new home.
At the end of the maintenance period, our supervisor will arrange to meet with you to list any items requiring remedial work. This work will be attended to as soon as practical.
